Regardless the fact you have no part of Gallaudet University nor you have been there before. It's nice to know that you have a support for FSSA and student's protest. Actually I believe FSSA will always be a strong organization from now on due to the fact there's nonexistence of unions for them and Clerc Center Fac/staff. Maybe someday you'll be able to enroll at Gallaudet as a student and be a valuable part of the community. I think you do have a high potential to be a Gallaudet student.

About Jane K. Fernandes' statement about her resignation would make a negative impact on Gallaudet University. I think it may be a mistake for her part say that. Also recently MJ Bienevenu did ask about why she is commited being president even though many people felt she's not fit to lead. JKF made a mistake by saying that she felt she is the only one who can lead Gallaudet. MJ shot back by saying that she's arrogant. I do agree that it is an arrogant remark and I believe that she is only misguided and misunderstood about what's leadership is all about. She is not a bad or evil person at all...just misguided or misunderstood or have misconception about the role of leadership that's all.

FSSA did a good job at doing a peaceful protest and I hope that the students' are being well trained in doing a peaceful protest. Well, Long Live Gallaudet University!
